Elliott worked with me in an elementary school setting. He has that "magic" that sets certain educators apart (he "gets" kids, especially kids who have a hard time with school). He is a great support for teachers. I was able to talk to him about things that frustrated me. He was able to confirm my feelings, and this enabled me to understand that I was in a school environment that was less than ideal.  This support made it easier for me to seek a position that allowed me to thrive. Without Elliot's input, I could still be in an unhealthy workplace, I am grateful for his insight.
