I was fortunate to have Elliott while I was teaching middle school science in a challenging high needs school. He proved to be one of the most valuable resources in a place where resources were scarce.  He organized the entire team of science teachers, across several schools, to band together to form a support group where we could share resources, moral support, and tools for success.   His approach was successful because he thought through all the logistics, possible pushback as well as what kind of outcomes we should expect before introducing the idea for the group. Working with him was a lifesaving experience for me. Without it, I might have quit in the middle of the school year.  His keen eye for solutions, clear planning as well as his uplifting, encouraging personality make him a great person to have on your side if you are tackling any problem—personal or professional!
