It has been said, “Almost everyone has made a good first impression, but only a few will make a good lasting impression.” Elliott Niblack is one of those few. I worked with Mr. Niblack while teaching for KIPP Charter Schools. Under the intense and demanding environment, Elliott showed me how growing professionally comes from strong leadership,confidence, and self-motivation.     

He is one of the most reliable and compassionate people I know and is deeply passionate about guiding and helping kids and adults. He taught me how to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents that is characterized by mutual respect. Elliott's intuitive nature allows him to listen without judgement and give thoughtful and knowledgeable advice.

From his first classroom observation he saw I needed to explain my expectations to students in a simpler form. We came up with three simple expectations all my students could remember. His help let me spend more time talking with them and not at them.

Elliott coached me in professional or personal challenges. He listens intently with an open heart and asks many insightful questions to get a better understanding of how someone thinks and learns. Elliott is very creative and charismatic. He thinks outside of the box. His calm and friendly demeanor make him easy to approach. I highly recommend Elliot Niblack to guide, coach and teach others to feel empowered, confident, optimistic and self-motivated.
